Where to start
If you are setting the app up for the first time, read 01 · Admin setup first. Nobody can start an assessment until at least one readiness template exists, so that guide unblocks everything after it.
If a template is already in place, start at 02 · Services and work through in order. That sequence is the lifecycle of a single service, from creation through to handover.
What you click in a Jira menu is not always what the page calls itself. The project sidebar entry Service Transition & Readiness opens a page headed Transition Hub; the Apps menu entry Transition Portfolio matches its heading. Guide 00 sets out the full vocabulary the other guides assume.
