These pages are the operative published versions. Each states its own effective date and version number at the top. The End User Terms incorporate the other documents by reference, so together they form the agreement between you and ITSM Ltd.

The Cloud Security Statement is written to be forwarded to a risk team as-is, and the Data Processing Agreement takes effect on installation without a signature — though we will countersign a copy on request to support@itsm-ltd.com.
